Automatic check-in activates only when Store Check-Ins is enabled. The server then adds company and store context, shows the nearest-store distance, and validates the configured radius before creating a staff record.

Lens compares the capture against configured store locations and identifies the nearest valid outlet.
Automatic radius check-in
When Store Check-Ins is enabled and the staff member is inside the configured radius, Lens creates the check-in automatically.

Lens check-ins enter the same day book, staff timeline, attendance trail, and check-in insights already used across Spark.
Duplicate-safe
An existing open check-in is respected, while outside-radius captures remain shareable without creating a false visit.
